The customer prepays the full amount of the rental, after a reservation has been made through our website or from our call center, in the following ways: A. Payment must be made within 3 (three) hours at the latest and send it by email so as not to cancel your reservation and to ensure the availability of the selected vehicle. If your reservation is cancelled you will receive an informative email. After cancellation you will have to make your reservation again. If the collection of the vehicle is in less than 6 (six) hours the deposit must be made within 1 (one) hour otherwise the reservation will be canceled. Your payments are supported by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode cardholder certification services of the Visa and MasterCard Payment Agencies respectively. The cardholder certification service is provided by the Bank, in cooperation with third party providers. These services are intended to offer you additional protection when you make payments from the web with your card, if they have been activated by the issuing Bank of the card you are using and if you have already obtained a personal code (pin) that you will use exclusively for payments on the web, following the instructions of your Bank. For the implementation of the cardholder certification service, it may be required to transfer your card details to a third party provider cooperating with the Bank.<\/p>
