Payment must be made within 3 (three) hours at the latest and send it by email so as not to cancel your reservation and to ensure the availability of the selected vehicle. If your reservation is cancelled you will receive an informative email. After cancellation you will have to make your reservation again. If the collection of the vehicle is in less than 6 (six) hours the deposit must be made within 1 (one) hour otherwise the reservation will be canceled. If your reservation is cancelled you will receive an informative email. After cancellation you will have to make your reservation again.

For international transfers, please use debit/credit or PayPal.

​C. By credit/debit card charge:

Your payments are supported by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode cardholder certification services of the Visa and MasterCard Payment Agencies respectively. The cardholder certification service is provided by the Bank, in cooperation with third party providers. These services are intended to offer you additional protection when you make payments from the web with your card, if they have been activated by the issuing Bank of the card you are using and if you have already obtained a personal code (pin) that you will use exclusively for payments on the web, following the instructions of your Bank. For the implementation of the cardholder certification service, it may be required to transfer your card details to a third party provider cooperating with the Bank.

ATTENTION: Even if the issuing Bank of your card does not yet participate in the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode services, your transaction will be accepted and executed securely.

Also: Transactions with American Express, Diners, Discover cards and using Masterpass electronic wallet are supported.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF RENTAL RESERVATION

In case of cancellation of reservation, Vstar is entitled to withhold the following cancellation fees:

• For cancellations 72 (seventy-two) hours before the date and time of pick-up of the vehicle there is no cancellation fee (zero)
• For cancellations less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the date and time of pick-up of the vehicle the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation value. (100%)
• In case the customer does not show up, the total rental cost is not refundable.
• In case the driver does not have with him the original valid driving license (Greek/European or international*) and the identity card or passport (not photocopies) the vehicle will not be delivered and the total rental cost will not be refunded.

* * (In the case of an international diploma he must also have the original of his country.) In case of return of the vehicle earlier than the expiration date of the reservation-rental, no money is refunded.

Free Cancellation

The FREE cancellation policy 72 (Seventy-two) hours before pick-up of the vehicle is valid until December 31, 2023. The company has the right to extend or stop the FREE cancellations policy whenever it wishes and to restore (not retroactively) the Free Cancellation premium that appears when booking the vehicle through the website.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platforms of NBG, Piraeus, Eurobank, Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
