a customer, while it contains information regarding your rights on privacy policy in a way
that you are protected by the law. Our company is responsible for collection, handling and processing of
your personal data.
1.2 Your rights fall under the provisions of the regulation 2016/679 of the European Union and generally the corresponding European and

When the contract is about to be signed or is already signed with you.

2. Reasons on why your personal data are processed.
We process personal data which you have provided us with your consent and upon having received prior
written consent from you, when the processing is required for the implementation of our contract, or to take
action and measures upon your request, before the compilation of the contract and specifically the purposes are appointed as follows: rental period
of the cars to third parties with or without a driver, car sales to third parties (wholesale and retail), van rentals
and pick-up vans with or without a driver.
3. Type of information that we collect
We retain the right to collect, process, save and transfer different kinds of
personal data for which we have grouped as follows:
ID Details include name and surname (Brand for Sole Proprietorship), father's name,
mother's name, date of birth, ID (Number, Issue Date and Expiration Date, Place of Publish), or Passport
(Number, date of issuing/ expiration and place of publishing) Residency Permit, Valid Driving License (Number, date)
of issuance/ expiration and place of issuance).
Contact data include address, email, fax and phone numbers.
Financial data include the VAT, bank account, card details for payments, VAT exemption indication,
Activity (for Sole Proprietorships), Tax Office (for Sole Proprietorships), Head Office (for Sole Proprietorships),
Credit Check Details and Legal Documents (for Individual Businesses)
We don't collect sensitive Personal Data in any of our activities or countries we are present in, except for the data
regarding your health, which we collect with your consent, in the case of injury in a car accident
so as to transfer the data to the insurance company where we insure your vehicle.
4. How do we collect your information
We collect your personal data for you in digital or print form every time you use
our services when these services are offered from points of customer services or physical stores
or in other places of physical presence where our company legally operates (airports,
hotels, stops and points for service, etc.).
We collect your data when you use our phone centres or our applications for phones, when
when you use the company's email as well as our websites. In this latter
case and specifically when you create or process your account, we collect the necessary data respectively.

car sale, such as name and surname, address, phone number, driving license,
credit card details, VAT, etc (according to those ascribed in par. 3)
We also collect your personal data when creating a profile in our website as follows:
-Personal Data which we collect: Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number.
- Access: You gain access by creating a password which you have chosen. You have the option to
renew your password or revamp it in case of no longer being available to access it. The password is strictly personal. The creation
of a password and any change made to it is done solely through your email and you are responsible for it. It is strictly forbidden
for a third party to to handle your reservation or access your profile. This is why we advise you to not give
access to your profile in third parties and to contact us if you're having any trouble or if
you have any question regarding your reservation. In no case is our company responsible if you provide
access to third parties whether authorised or not. In the same nature we have no obligation to to assist you or to provide
information to third parties regarding your booking/ reservation through your digital profile even if you request so,
since your profile and its usage is strictly personal. Access to your account is available 24/7,
all days of the year (website maintenance or technical issues are excluded). You reserve
the right to update whichever contact information relates to you.
- Reasons to create a profile: i) processing your reservation, ii) retaining the history of your bookings on which you have acted upon
our company, from the creation of your profile and afterwards, iii) carrying out a future reservation
- Retention Time: i) you have the right to delete your profile whenever you wish to do so. Your personal data are immediately and automatically deleted.

5. Duration of retaining your personal data
We maintain your data only for the purpose of completing our purposes
for which we have collected them, including the completion of any legal or logistic obligation or

8. How do we make sure that the Processors & Sub-Processors respect your Data
The processors who process our account have agreed and are bound with our company:
1. to maintain the virtue of trust,
2. not to send personal data to third parties without the company's permission
3. to receive safety measures respectively
4. to comply with the legislative framework for the protection of the personal data and especially the regulation
679/2016/EU (or GDPR).

4. Object to the processing of your personal data when you believe your fundamental rights are being violated
You also have the right to object when we process your personal data
for promotional actions.
5. Request a restriction on the processing of your personal data. This gives you the ability to
request to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following cases: (a) if
