This Agreement has been drawn up in English and translated into English. For any difference that arises in interpretation between Greek and English, the Greek will prevail.

Other general provisions

Vstar reserves the right to immediately terminate and use this site or any part of it or eliminate any content, feature or service of this website, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.

The titles contained in this Agreement serve merely as a reference. The failure of a Contracting Party to insist or impose the strict enforcement of any provision of this Agreement should not be interpreted as a waiver of any provision or right.

The above, together with Vstar's car rental policies mentioned here, constitutes the whole of the Agreement between Vstar and you on the subject of this and replaces any earlier or modern written or oral agreements between Vstar and you (except for other written, fully executed contracts between you and Vstar).

Both your behaviour and Vstar's and commercial practice should not alter any provision of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or not applicable, that designation shall not affect that provision in any other way or any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force.

This Agreement may not be granted, transferred to third parties or granted further licence to use it by you, unless Vstar has previously given written consent to that purpose exclusively.
